Audit Logging

Every tool call through Fp Switchboard is logged with:

Viewing Audit Logs

Go to Admin → Audit Logs to:

• Search by user, tool, or time range
• Filter by service or result status
• Export logs as CSV or JSON
• Set up automated exports to SIEM

Data Deletion

Single User Deletion

1. Go to Admin → Users
2. Select the user
3. Click “Delete User”
4. Confirm deletion

Caution

User deletion is permanent and includes all:

• Service connections
• Tokens
• Audit logs (anonymized)
• Policy exemptions
